  1. Roast loin of pork with apple sauce
  2. Scallop of veal in a cream, brandy and mushroom sauce
  3. Top side of beef with trimmings
  4. Fillet of white fish Duglere
  5. Supreme of chicken with shallots, mushrooms and a red wine sauce
  6. Noisettes of lamb with roasted vegetables and a red wine sauce, rosemary sauce

All of the above served with potatoes and vegetables

  1. Home made apple strudel and custard
  2. Chocolate roulade with cream and raspberry coulis
  3. Cheesecake with fresh fruits and coulis
  4. Baked Alaska with fruit and coulis

Cheese & biscuits can be provided at a cost of £2.50 per person.
